1 Circuitboard Composition & Quality - For higher power LED strips, the quality and specification of the underlying circuitboard is paramount. Because high levels of electrical current travels through each section, sufficient copper material is needed. All our LED strips come with a copper weight of at least 2 oz, to ensure the circuitboard can handle the higher power - otherwise, you can become victim to voltage drop.

2 The efficiency, quality and stability of the light output is directly determinated by the LED emitters. Koch licht place stringent quality controls and use only latest and highest performance LED SMD packages. A perfect sintesy between power and LED count without overdriving LED emitters, leading in most of commercial LED strips to premature failure. All our LED strips include an extra coating of white high reflective paint to help increase the reflectivity of the light and increase the overall light output.
